Hello, I just completed my course but was not sure if I have selected the right court contact info. Citation was issued in Santa Clara, CA. The court correspondence showed branch name as "South County Courthouse" with different street and mailing addresses. Can you please double check and correct if necessary?

Hello! My son is preparing for his second attempt at his permit test and is really nervous about not passing again. He's read the DMV Handbook twice now, but he's more of a visual learner and doesn't do well with retaining info from reading.

The court of violation as stated from my ticket is the Van Nuys Courthouse. The county of violation is Los Angeles. However, when I go to select Van Nuys for court of violation, it says "Van Nuys -- 19498". This is not the zip code nor address as stated in my ticket for the court of Van Nuys. On my ticket the address for that court is: Van Nuys 14400 Erwin Street Mall 2nd Floor, Van Nuys 91401

I'm wondering about receiving a copy of the course completion to help reduce insurance costs as a California Senior. Will you send this to me? When might I expect it? Do insurance companies know that I took this course to avoid a point on my record, and will then increase my premiums (even though I don't get a point)?

Hi, I'm hoping you'll be able to help! I misunderstood the direction and therefore completed my traffic school last week, before I paid Ventura County the full sum of my ticket with the election of going to traffic school. I just spoke with Co. of Ventura and she said that I was supposed to pay them first and then I was supposed to complete traffic school.

Is there any way that you can help? The Ventura Co. clerk said that you should be able to reprocess my certificate now that it's been paid in full with Ventura.
