Hi, I just completed my Traffic School course. I understand you will send a copy of my completion certificate to the DMV. I'm wondering about receiving a copy of the course completion to help reduce insurance costs as a California Senior. Will you send this to me? When might I expect it? Do insurance companies know that I took this course to avoid a point on my record, and will then increase my premiums (even though I don't get a point)?

Thank you. I really liked this course -- it was thorough, well thought out, easy to understand, allowed me to take breaks, and refresh my memory about things during the final test (which resulted in a score of 100% correct. Whew!)

Already Paid and Trying to Login to My Course Again

When I try logging back in it says I have to pay again. But I already paid when I signed up I thought. How do I login to continue from where I left off?
