I completed your driving school course months ago to get a point waived from my driving record. The certificate for the course was supposed to be sent to the DMV. Today I got a letter in the mail saying the point still stands on my record. So I'm wondering what I even paid for? I could lose my license and have raised insurance prices because of this.

Traffic School Due Date in 90 Days

How do I know what day my traffic school course is due? I know my court date to pay if I didn't want trouble was October 6th (and I already paid). But it says 90 days for traffic school to be completed, so 90 days after the day I got the ticket is October 27th so that's what I put. I would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.

I received a speeding ticket in Solano County and I registered for the online traffic school at the end of last week but decided I didn't want to bother taking traffic school. At the advice of my attorney I have changed my mind and wanted to proceed with your online traffic school. Can the transaction process be reversed so I can start my online course immediately or are there other steps to be taken?
