Court Request for Traffic School Is Pending

Hello, I have completed my traffic school and am now getting a notice from the court that my request for traffic school is pending, but I have already completed the course. They are also saying I have to pay 64$. I'm just confused as to why it says traffic school is pending, but I have already completed it.

Traffic School Refund

I may appear somewhat stupid (and I'm sure you'll get a chuckle out of my story) but three years ago I had thought that a Placer County Superior Court California clerk had told me that I had 3 years to finish traffic school after I paid my fine. It was nearing that deadline so I signed up today on your website. After I paid for your course today and went to enter the Due Date I looked at my documentation and saw that my Due Date had been 10/24/2017. I started laughing as I'm guessing the clerk had said 3 months not 3 years. I looked up my Drivers Record and the Placer County record and my case is closed. Needless to say I can't take the online class anymore. Is it possible to get a full refund? Order # C20200926-599XXXXXXX

Court Notice to Pay Administrative Fee for Traffic School

I received a letter in the mail from traffic school.com stating that I needed to contact the court because they are missing the courts administrative fee of $67. My traffic court is Fresno County which I already paid my ticket. I have already complted my traffic school course for the speeding ticket. I don't understand what else I need to do, my case number is E*******.
