Hi, I received the ticket in Joshua National Park. This is a Federal ticket and the court is UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT Central District of California in Riverside California. So this is not California state court. The Federal court judge asked me to attend traffic school and send the certification to the court clerk. So which court should I enter into your system before I take the final exam?

This traffic school does not have my Court of Violation. I'm a juvenile and the court code is 41210. Your course only has options for San Mateo Central, North, and South with court code 41470. My traffic hearing officer court is:

New California Law for Cell Phone Ticket Points on DMV Record

I heard on the news that beginning July that you can take a traffic school class for cell phone tickets? I know in the past that talking on a cell phone when driving got you a ticket, but not the kind that goes against the DMV record. But now, as I understand it, you will get a point on your DMV record if you get 2 cell phone tickets, is that right?

I'm just trying to understand what kind of cell phone ticket goes on my driving record. Also, how do I get rid of the point if I do get the new cell phone ticket?

Also, can you please clarify how the points on my driving record can lead to my license being cancelled?

I have completed the traffic school course with you on July 28th for Fresno County. Ticket for speeding over max speed limit of 70 miles on my bike.

I have not heard anything from the court since then about my ticket status.

I was driving through Santa Clara County when I received a speeding ticket and the court said that I can do traffic school. When I paid the ticket the court gave me this list of school's to chose from and I went with your school. I signed up with your school and when it asked for my traffic school due date I put 5/5 when it really is 5/19. Can you change that for me?

I took your traffic school course on November 11th and November 18th. It appears the completion confirmation was never sent to the Stanislaus County DMV as a result my premium has gone up. I was advised by my insurance to contact you directly to resubmit the information or to go directly to the DMV office and provide proof of completion.
