I passed the traffic school exam on 10/26/20** for a carpool lane ticket I received in Orange County. I checked my case status on the CTSI online system, but it is showing my certificate was suspended. Can you tell me why it was suspended and what I need to do?

I just passed the course and I'm wondering cause I got 2 citation or 2 points on dmv on different cities one in Orange County Westminster and 1 in Los Angeles Metropolitan Court. When I signed up to take your course for my ticket in Orange County I chose to also get a dismissal verification. I liked that option because you tell me when the court processes my certificate.

The course has been finished for over a week so when should I receive that dismissal?
