Speeding ticket with No Proof of Insurance

Good morning, last night I completed the online traffic school course for one ticket i received in Alameda County. I have another ticket with 2 moving violations which are CVC 22349(a) and CVC 16028(a) that costs $1,136.00. I need to keep my insurance payment low. Do I have to repay to do the course again? I've been struggling financially due to the pandemic and just starting work 3 weeks ago.

I received my first ever traffic ticket in Alameda County. When I went to pay the ticket at the court, the clerk told me that I can do a traffic school course so my insurance wont go up. When I completed and passed my course Exam on 5/4 after 3:00pm I had called and spoken to a gal there that was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. I went to Alameda County last week to pay my traffic ticket (which was not cheap) and they gave me a list of traffic schools to go to. I chose your school and signed up and paid. However, I'm trying to get back in to continue but I forgot my login info. Can you help me please?
