Traffic School Questions for Richmond

Submit my completion of traffic school to the Fairfield court in Solano County

Question (submitted on 11/29/2020)

I received a letter from Solano County that instructed me to submit my completion record to the Fairfield court and to the dmv.

I read when I registered that you would send the certificate once I finish. Since I completed the course have you sent the certificate out already?

I am not sure how traffic school works, but I know I finished my course in time on the trafficschool.com website. Please help me figure this out so I can avoid any insurance costs from my ticket points.

Second traffic ticket a month after receiving my first ticket

Question (submitted on 3/20/2020)

I received a second traffic ticket a month after receiving my first ticket. I took your course already for the first speeding ticket in Alameda County. I need to complete traffic school again for the second ticket so I don't get points on my driving record. How do I go about starting a new course?
