My ticket is through San Diego County in Vista Court. I have paid my court fees and i am eligible for traffic school. I started this process but realized I have yet to receive the letter that lists the date traffic school is due by. I see that is required to take the final exam. Am I able to take the exam and submit that information once I receive it?

I was happy to be able to reach people on the phone and by email when I need them. In contrast other 'top-rated' traffic violator schools such as iDriveSafely or Aceable were not available by phone. Others like GoToTrafficschool were limited in supporting only Google Chrome as web browser.

I paid my traffic ticket with San Bernardino county online and requested traffic school. I also enrolled in your school paying a fee since I have not attended a traffic school in over 5 years. I have not started the class yet. Should I have waited for traffic court approval?

On the case info required, I have all the info (citation number etc.) except what date the court requires me to complete the test since I have not received any paperwork from the court.
