Hello, I completed your traffic school course for my ticket in Placer County. I liked your course it was really thorough and had the most up-to-date information. I actually learned some new things that I never knew even though I've been driving for 30 years.

I decided to order a PDF Certificate Copy for my records after I finish the course and accidentally ordered the option to have the completion certificate mailed to me too.

This was a mistake so can you please cancel that order and refund me for the cost? I would really appreciate that.

California Drivers License But Ticket from Utah

Hi, I'm a California resident but I received my ticket in Utah this summer while visiting family. My drivers license is from California and I don't want my insurance to go up. Do I do a course for Utah or a course for California since my license is from there?
