State of Washington Traffic Ticket Issued to California Resident

My ticket was issued in the state of Washington. Please let me know how to proceed as it was not indicated anywhere until after I had made the payment that I can not do the California traffic school. I do live in California also.

Hello, I completed your traffic school course for my ticket in Placer County. I liked your course it was really thorough and had the most up-to-date information. I actually learned some new things that I never knew even though I've been driving for 30 years.

I decided to order a PDF Certificate Copy for my records after I finish the course and accidentally ordered the option to have the completion certificate mailed to me too.

This was a mistake so can you please cancel that order and refund me for the cost? I would really appreciate that.

Need to get back into my traffic school but cant get in

I open an account with you about my traffic citation. I got smashed with my school studies but now need to get back into my course but cant get in. I'm a registered student with you and I took a two month break from my course. Is my course still active and if so how do I log back in?

Confirm this citation has been cleared from Sacramento Court

I attended your traffic violator school on 2/24 to remove a ticket I received in Sacramento County. I also paid extra on your website for the dismissal notice of when the ticket will be cleared from the court docket.

I have not received the dismissal notice yet. Can you please confirm this has been cleared by the court my Citation # is C*******, Sacramento Court.
