I'm registered with your traffic school course for San Diego County. When I updated the profile info I accidently types in the wrong due date the date is supposed to be 11/11 not 11/27. Is there anything we can do about that?

Ventura County Ticket with Simi Valley Court

Complete Traffic School Before Being Approved

Hello, I recently completed this course for my ticket offense in San Diego and I finished it way before the ticket was even registered into the courthouse. I was told they didn't receive it and I know that now because I didn't have all the info from them but now I do and I would like to update my information so I could send it in before the 18th of this month.

I have all the info now:

Ticket/Case: 20********.

I think that was all that was needed for the info. Please let me know if you need any other sort of info.

I completed the online course but need to correct the Case # on my account information prior to your team sending the certificate of completion to the assigned court. The Case number is: ICMI-INTR-2020-****-*. The number I had initially entered online was the Citation number.
