I completed your driving school course months ago to get a point waived from my driving record. The certificate for the course was supposed to be sent to the DMV. Today I got a letter in the mail saying the point still stands on my record. So I'm wondering what I even paid for? I could lose my license and have raised insurance prices because of this.

Orange County Court Did Not Accept Completion Certificate

Hello,

I recently completed the traffic school course but the court did not accept the completion certificate because I had not paid the fine. My bad. I went on the Orange County website and paid my fine plus an extra fee to have permission for traffic school.

The court Harbor Justice Center needs my completion certificate to be resubmitted. Can you do that please, I am sorry for the inconvenience:

Resubmit Traffic School Results to Court

I took online traffic school with you last month and I put my case number instead of my citation number on my registration information. I think that is why the court has not received my certificate of completion. I was hoping to get my traffic school completion certificate re- submitted to the court with the correct information.

My drivers license number is F*******.
The current INCORRECT case number on the current certificate is 2********* and the CORRECT citation number is S********.

I was informed that I still have points on my driving record. I completed my traffic school for Tulare County and thought the dmv and insurance wont find out about the ticket. What may be the reason for the dmv and my insurance not being able to view that I have completed the course?

Remove Existing Points from Driving Record

I really want to take traffic school to remove points. I already have a point on my driving record and I'm trying to mask the point by taking this online traffic school course.

I am trying to input all the ticket information but the due by date for the traffic school might have already passed.

I'm not too sure of it yet though. I do not have the documentation with me for the ticket. The ticket point I want to remove is from tickets that are old where I decided I didn't want to do traffic school at the time.
Big mistake because now I got the points on my record. Now I want to go to traffic school.

Do I have options?

I just got a call from the General today about my completion for my Traffic School today. They told me I still have a point on my driving record so the DMV & Simi Valley court didn't get my traffic school information. I'm sending this email to try and get a copy of the electronic Completion Certification from you guys or for you to resend another certificate so I can get that point removed. I contacted my local DMV office and they advised me to contact my court because they don't see any certificate.
