I recently purchased and completed the DMV approved traffic school online for a speeding ticket in Monterey. On top of the course/test I also purchased a digital certificate, rush processing, and dismissal verification. I am happy to confirm that the digital certificate did arrive, thanks. I cannot locate my traffic ticket or the court papers I got in the mail from Monterey County after I paid for the ticket. I paid the fine online and chose to take traffic school but I can't find my citation information to complete my traffic school course. Please advise?

I'm taking your online course right now for my traffic ticket I got in Monterey County. I was reading about 10 pages then tried to enlarge it on my screen. I lost it completely and when I tried to start over it said, "my information does not match yours". I did it 4 times with no result. Please HELP.
