I still have points on my driving record

Question (submitted on 8/27/2020)

I was informed that I still have points on my driving record. I completed my traffic school for Tulare County and thought the dmv and insurance wont find out about the ticket. What may be the reason for the dmv and my insurance not being able to view that I have completed the course?

**UPDATE**
I know now where the points are coming from. I got two tickets back in 2019 that I didn't take traffic school for. Ugghh. Thank you for your help.

Wrong Traffic Citation Case Number

When I went into the Tulare County to pay my ticket I also asked for traffic school. I picked your school online and registered. However, when registering I accidentally got the traffic citation case number wrong. How can I change it?

Get a Copy of My Traffic School Completion Certificate

I was wondering if I can get a copy of my completion certificate that have done two years ago? The ticket was from Tulare county and I completed the traffic school course on 6/4. I check my email but couldn't find a copy of the certificate to show the insurance. Please help?
