Court Needs Traffic School Certificate Resubmitted

Hey there I completed your online traffic school course for San Diego County and my insurance company is saying that I still have a point on my driving record. I contacted my local DMV office and they advised me to contact my court because they don't see any certificate. I went ahead and contacted the Kearny Mesa courthouse and they said that they just need another completion certificate from the traffic school. Are you able to resubmit?

Which court should I choose San Diego or Vista

Hello,

I'm not sure which court of violation the ticket took place, it's either San Diego or Vista.

How do I figure it out which court? Traffic school due date is not listed on ticket, I never got anything in the mail. Your website asks for a traffic school due date, what do I write?

Courts Never Received Traffic School Certificate

Our insurance company contacted us for our bill that was tripled due to the fact that they NEVER received the certificate of completion from the DMV. We have an e-mail from you that I completed your online course but the completion certificate was never received by the court. The ticket was in Imperial County and the court where we paid the ticket is Winterhaven. Please look into this the case # is WII******. Thanks.
