CA DMV Driving Record

I received a ticket two years ago. I took and completed California traffic school course back when ticket was issued. I checked the DMV records today and my ticket from then is still shown on my record.

**UPDATE**

Maybe there is confusion on my end from what the report is showing. Please see what I got from the DMV records.

Cell Phone Violation

Hello,
I reside in Irvine, CA and I received a 23123.5(a) cell phone violation. This is my first cell phone offence, I saw a notice on your site that said the first ticket does not require traffic school and will not add a point to my record. However, the police officer stated that there would be a point added to my record and my insurance would go up on the first offence. Could you confirm? Thank you.

I do have speeding ticket from May of this year which I completed traffic school already, what are my options?

It seems the traffic school was not reported to DMV.

Paying Extra Insurance Premiums

Hello,

I had taken this course last year as a result of a ticket and recently found out that the certificate of completion was not received by the DMV. This resulted in me having a point on my record. Can you look into this and tell me why the Court and DMV didn't process my certificate please?

This is unacceptable. As a result, my family has been paying extra insurance premiums. Let me know how to proceed.

Ok thank you for that update, I did not realize that I had to pay a fee to the court for attending traffic school. I will do that and then go from there. Thank you for the prompt response.

I was looking to remove points on my driving record. I received a ticket awhile ago in San Mateo county. However, I'm not sure how many total points are on my driving record. I took a course at this traffic school for a moving violation in San Mateo and I'm not sure how long I should wait in between to remove points on my record. Any suggestions?

Good Afternoon- The Hanford courthouse in Kings County California approved me to take an online traffic school course for a speeding ticket. I know you are approved because i have used you guys 10 years ago and I also double checked and found your school on the traffic school list the court gave me for approved schools with Hanford. Point on Record Because Court Did Not Process My Traffic School

Back in 2018 I got a speeding ticket and use your website to complete my traffic school. My case number was 3********* for county Los Angeles and court Metropolitan. Today, I happen to find out I have a point on my license and it states that traffic school was not completed. I have an email with my certificate that states that I did not had to send anything to the court or DMV. I just want to make sure you guys did sent this information to the court and if it was their mistake to report it. Please let me know what I can do about it. However, my insurance company AAA is seeing my ticket on my driving record even though I completed the school back in September.
