Noticed I still had a point on my DMV Driving Record

Question (submitted on 8/24/2020)

I completed your online course on 11/12 and noticed I still had a point on my driving record. My fees have already been paid for at the Riverside County. My insurance rates have increased and its because of the point. Not sure if the information of my completion was sent to the DMV and if I should contact the DMV to see why I still have a point on my record?
