Noticed I still had a point on my DMV Driving Record

I completed your online course on 11/12 and noticed I still had a point on my driving record. My fees have already been paid for at the Riverside County. My insurance rates have increased and its because of the point. Not sure if the information of my completion was sent to the DMV and if I should contact the DMV to see why I still have a point on my record?

How Long is Traffic School Course and Processing

I'm going to sign up for traffic school for a ticket I received in San Bernardino County about three weeks ago. I got a courtesy letter in the mail from the court informing me about the cost of the ticket and if I wanted to do traffic school. I paid the ticket and the additional fee to attend traffic school. I'm reading about your school online but I have a few questions:

1) Just for planning purposes... how long does it usually take to complete the class?
2) and once the class is completed... how does the court get notification?

Hello,

I purchased your workbook traffic school course for a ticket I received in San Bernardino County. I faxed my Quiz and Final exam answer sheet along with the evaluation form for the traffic school workbook on 1/31. I have not heard or received anything letting me know if I passed and whether the information was sent to the court, my case # is 19IN-******. Can you please give me an update? Thank you!

Traffic Violation in Las Vegas

Hello,

I received a traffic violation in Las Vegas Nevada. I'm trying to sign up for your school but on the registration page it doesn't allow me to change the state of where I received my ticket it only has California. Is there a way on your end that you can manually change that for me?
