2 Year Old Ticket Hidden from my Insurance

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I had traffic speeding ticket 2 years ago in Fresno County. My insurance company says I have point so they are increasing my premium. Can I still take this traffic school and then have my traffic record hidden from my auto insurance? Your timely response is greatly appreciated.

Took Traffic School But Have Commercial Drivers License

I already completed my traffic school course for my ticket in San Joaquin County. I thought everything was ok but my insurance company is saying I still have a point on my record. The certificate was to go to the court when I finished. Did my proof of completion of traffic school get to the San Joaquin court on time?

Good Afternoon- The Hanford courthouse in Kings County California approved me to take an online traffic school course for a speeding ticket. I know you are approved because i have used you guys 10 years ago and I also double checked and found your school on the traffic school list the court gave me for approved schools with Hanford. But I completed your school with a 100% on 3/2 and my order number is #C********-*********** and The DMV is still saying that I still have a point on my driving record, was there an issue with my certificate that I don't know about?
