I got a letter in the mail saying the point still stands on my record

I completed your driving school course months ago to get a point waived from my driving record. The certificate for the course was supposed to be sent to the DMV. Today I got a letter in the mail saying the point still stands on my record. So I'm wondering what I even paid for? I could lose my license and have raised insurance prices because of this.

Cell Phone Violation

Hello,
I reside in Irvine, CA and I received a 23123.5(a) cell phone violation. This is my first cell phone offence, I saw a notice on your site that said the first ticket does not require traffic school and will not add a point to my record. However, the police officer stated that there would be a point added to my record and my insurance would go up on the first offence. Could you confirm? Thank you.

I do have speeding ticket from May of this year which I completed traffic school already, what are my options?

Completed traffic school to clear a ticket

Good Morning,

I completed traffic school through your site to clear a ticket from the Los Angeles Police Department in March.

However, according to my insurance company the certificate of completion did not register with the DMV.

I need proof that I completed the course as well as it being registered with the DMV. I registered and paid for the traffic school course on 3/24.

Can you please send me proof of completion and any instructions for making sure that the DMV receives proof?

2 Year Old Ticket Hidden from my Insurance

Easy Traffic School but Point on my DMV Record

My insurance company has raised my rates and they told me because I have a point on my driving record. I paid my ticket with South Lake Tahoe and also paid the additional fee to go to traffic school. I took your easy traffic school course and completed it and thought that everything would be done. How do I get that point off my record?

Courts Never Received Traffic School Certificate

Our insurance company contacted us for our bill that was tripled due to the fact that they NEVER received the certificate of completion from the DMV. We have an e-mail from you that I completed your online course but the completion certificate was never received by the court. Electronic DMV Certificate was Submitted to the Court

I took your course back in October 11th, 20** for a speeding ticket I received in Orange County CA. That ticket I took the course for is still on my driving record. Is there a way to resend the completion certificate to the court so they can pull it off my record or do I need to go down to the court and show them the paper work?
