I Would like to Reinstate My FL Driver License

Hello, My Florida license is suspended and I would like to reinstate. I'm trying to register but I wasn't mandated by a court or the DHSMV to take a 4-hour course to get my license reinstated and I don't have a due date. The FL Driver License Check website shows I'm eligible to elect driving school. What do I put in these sections?

Hello- I was driving in Los Angeles County when I received a traffic violation in Beverly Hills, California. I was visiting Los Angeles from Florida when I received my ticket in Beverly Hills. I went into the courthouse to pay the ticket and they told me that I can do a traffic school course if I want to keep points off my Florida license. I've never done traffic school before but I think your website is what I need. Does your class work for my situation? And I am back in Miami now, so I need everything to be done remotely. I have a traffic ticket from Dade County Florida. I just completed my court required 4 Hour traffic school course with your website. My traffic school is due into the court by the the 6th of the month.
