This traffic school does not have my Court of Violation. I'm a juvenile and the court code is 41210. Your course only has options for San Mateo Central, North, and South with court code 41470. My traffic hearing officer court is:

San Mateo-Juveniles (Entire County) (41210) (Age 18 or younger)

It is not listed in court list. Is it possible to get a refund?

Complete Traffic School Before Being Approved

Hello, I recently completed this course for my ticket offense in San Diego and I finished it way before the ticket was even registered into the courthouse. I was told they didn't receive it and I know that now because I didn't have all the info from them but now I do and I would like to update my information so I could send it in before the 18th of this month.

I have all the info now:

Ticket/Case: 20********.

I think that was all that was needed for the info. Please let me know if you need any other sort of info.

I completed the online course but need to correct the Case # on my account information prior to your team sending the certificate of completion to the assigned court. The Case number is: ICMI-INTR-2020-****-*. The number I had initially entered online was the Citation number. I was approved for traffic school by my court and I found your school through google. I was about to sign up but then I got to the paying process I realized that no questions were asked regarding which court I wanted my completion sent to or my case number. Will my ticket still be dismissed if I had it sent to another court

I selected the Westminster court instead of the Santa Ana court. Will my ticket still be dismissed if I had it sent to another court but not the one that mailed me the violation information notice? I'm aware that the DMV will also be receiving this info should I take any other action if it is sent to a different court in the same county? Please get back to me as soon as possible. Thank you!
