Incorrect Traffic School Case Number Alameda County

Hi,

I just completed the traffic school course for a speeding ticket in Alameda County. When I reviewed the information I realized I previously entered the incorrect case number. I would like to know how to make the change before you send out the certificate to DMV. The correct case number is 000*******. Thank you

Wrong Court House in my Traffic School profile

Hi - I mistakenly put down the wrong courthouse in my profile and I already finished the online traffic school course. The correct courthouse that should be notified that I completed the course is Wiley W. Manuel Courthouse on 661 Washington St, Oakland, CA. The one I have listed in my profile is in Alameda. Can someone please fix this for me and send my record of completion to the correct courthouse I mentioned above?

I still have not received the certificate of completion. I completed my traffic school course for Alameda County. I paid to have a copy of my completion certificate emailed to me. Enroll in online traffic school to clear a driving ticket

I received a traffic ticket in Alameda County CA. I already paid for my ticket and also an addition $57 to attend traffic school. I am looking to enroll in online traffic school to keep my driving record clean. Let me know if your online school will suffice?

I received a second traffic ticket a month after receiving my first ticket. I took your course already for the first speeding ticket in Alameda County. I need to complete traffic school again for the second ticket so I don't get points on my driving record. How do I go about starting a new course?

So yeah, I'm signed up with your traffic school course for a speeding ticket I have in Alameda County CA.

Here's what;s happening I need assistance with:

I'm currently taking the course and had no trouble taking the first 5 sections. Everything worked as expected.

Now I'm having trouble with section 6. I can't move to the next page. I'm not able to move forward through the section nothing is working.

Please help?
