I am an Arizona resident but have a ticket in CA. While registering to the CA course, I am getting the error that my DL number does not have a valid CA format which is 1 Letter followed by 7 numbers. My AZ DL has 8 numbers. How do I register for the course?

Hi, I live in Washington State and got a ticket while driving in California.

I was eligible for traffic school and have registered and paid with you.

My ticket# is H****** and my WA DL# is7********.

When I try to log in with these credentials I am unable to gain access to the course. Can you help me?

Traffic School App for Phone

I just finished completing your traffic school course on my phone. I loved that I was able to do that. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I just had one small issue. I have a Motorola G stylus and I did have difficulty with the interactive part of the course. The part where it asks you to pick an option after the little animation with the yellow car. It was not clear where to select in the grey area of multiple answers below. (i.e. was I supposed to press on the actual letter of the answer I wanted to choose? Or the actual answer sentence itself? Or the blank space after the sentence?) I did try tapping in all of those areas. I tried with my finger as well as my stylus. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it chose an answer I didn't pick. Sometime it didn't tell me anything (correct or not). After some trial and error I figured out that part seemed to be just for practice and thankfully didn't count against me. The good news is I had no troubles with the touchscreen interface for the final exam because I got 100%. I just thought you might like some feedback in case someone else had similar issues so you could make the experience even better. Thanks

Drivers License Not Accepted

Hello,

I am trying to sign up for a program resolving a traffic violation in Santa Maria CA. The registration says that my drivers license number is incorrect. That is the only field that is hi-lighted in red. Is there another way I can sign up because my drivers license number is correct. License No. B*******. Thank you.

When I went into the Tulare County to pay my ticket I also asked for traffic school. I picked your school online and registered. However, when registering I accidentally got the traffic citation case number wrong. How can I change it?

How To Restart Traffic School Course Online
