Burbank Police Department Traffic School Completion

Good Evening,

I am hoping that you can help me out I took your course online approximately a year and a half ago for a ticket in Los Angeles. I was hoping that I can get a copy of the certificate and the violation # that I listed. I am dealing with the DMV and they are telling me that I have two violations on my driving record and I am trying to trace all my resources down to dispute. Thank you.

Certificate when completing the traffic school

I received a ticket in Sacramento CA. I need to take traffic school so I don't get points on my driving record. I took your course but never received my certificate when completing the traffic school?

**UPDATE**
I didn't know I had to pay my ticket, I assumed if I took traffic school it would wipe that away. I will call the court to pay my ticket. Thanks.

I had paid my tickets without any traffic school

Hi,

I wanted to get info on how to remove points off my driving record. I had paid my tickets without any traffic school. But now insurance companies won't insure me because of my points. Can I still be able to attend traffic school and have those removed? And if so, how many points can be removed? Thank you!

I don't have a current ticket or court date I simply am taking the driving course due to receiving a Speeding ticket in the past. My insurance company suggested I take it to help lower my insurance. I don't know how to proceed to take the final test as it is asking I put the ticket number and court date information in? Help!

**UPDATE**
Ok makes sense! My insurance guy suggested taking the course so they can add it to my record (I guess it helps lower the rate?) I honestly don't really know but as I have already completed all the courses I guess I should just plan to have the certificate and then go from there. Thank you!

My driving records shows the citation

The California DMV never received the certification of completing traffic school. My driving record shows the citation is still there. I got a traffic ticket in Los Angeles County. The Metropolitan courthouse gave me the option to attend traffic school so I would not get any points on my driving record.
