Court Did Not Notify DMV of Traffic School Completion

Question (submitted on 8/4/2020)

I was shocked today to learn my AAA insurance policy has increased and that I still have a point on my record. I am very sure I paid the ticket with Los Angeles and also the traffic school class. I need a copy of my traffic school so I can see if I can get that point off my record. I don't even know how to take this point off after Almost 18 months. My insurance went really high and I don't even understand why till I checked and found that point.

Thank you so much! You were right court dropped the ball but it's all good now and my insurance refunded it all. I guess they say it happens a lot that the courts get mistakes. so thanks for helping me with that, will recommend you to my fam!!

My driving records shows the citation

The California DMV never received the certification of completing traffic school. My driving record shows the citation is still there. I need you to send me the certificate of completion so I can fix this problem with the DMV. Please let me know if there is a fee for a copy of the certification. Thanks.

My Due Date Has Passed

Hi,

I have already paid my fine for my speeding ticket but now my traffic school due date has passed. Is it too late for me to take the traffic school course? I'm curious how my insurance gets notified and if I can get out of any increases in my Farmers insurance. Any information you can offer is appreciated.
