Court Did Not Notify DMV of Traffic School Completion

Question (submitted on 8/4/2020)

I was shocked today to learn my AAA insurance policy has increased and that I still have a point on my record. I am very sure I paid the ticket with Los Angeles and also the traffic school class. I need a copy of my traffic school so I can see if I can get that point off my record. I dont even know how to take this point off after Almost 18 months. My insurance went really high and I dont even understand why till I checked and found that point.

Thank you so much! You were right court dropped the ball but it's all good now and my insurance refunded it all. I guess they say it happens a lot that the courts get mistakes. so thanks for helping me with that, will recommend you to my fam!!

Still not showing that the DMV has processed traffic school

Hi,

I signed up with your online school to take care of my ticket that I received in Los Angeles. I entered my traffic school due date as 4/7 and I completed my course on 3/15.
The DMV is still not showing that the certificate has been processed.

I want to make sure this went through ok. Please help?

Hello,

I'm currently taking your online traffic school. My court Long Beach approved me to take an online school so I can keep from my insurance going up. I stepped away from my computer and now I can't get back in. I was on Section 2. Can you help?
