I completed my first ever traffic school course today with you for a ticket in West Covina. I'm new to all of this but my court said to have the school turn in a certificate once I finish. I don't want my insurance to go up or get a point. So, has my certificate of passing been given to DMV?

I finished the traffic school course back in July 2019 but the point is on my driving record which is driving up my auto insurance by 70%. I contacted the West Covina courthouse and they claim that they did not receive the completion certificate. Can you please look into this and let me know?
