Update Traffic School Case Number for San Bernardino Ticket

I need help updating my course info. I signed up with your traffic school to satisfy my ticket with San Bernardino. But is there any way I can change the case number I believe I put it in wrong?

Infraction 01/13/2020

Mature Driver Course Certificate Number

I called my insurance company about the mature driver discount and they said that they only offer the defensive driver discount. They just need my completion certificate number. Can you please send that to me? It looks like the email only shows that I completed but not the number. Thank you so much!

Traffic School Registration Address

I'm on your website signing up for a traffic ticket I got in Los Angeles. The ticket has been paid for and I've been approved for traffic school. For the course registration section should I put the address that's on my ticket or my new address? I changed my address with the DMV but wasn't sure which one to include. Please let me know. Ticket Shows On Driving Record Causing Auto Insurance Increase

Hi -

I finished the traffic school course back in July 2019 but the point is on my driving record which is driving up my auto insurance by 70%. I contacted the West Covina courthouse and they claim that they did not receive the completion certificate. Can you please look into this and let me know?
