I signed up for traffic school to erase my previous speeding ticket. The ticket is from 2 years ago and it had been paid 2 years ago as well. The problem is that I can't find my citation number or the traffic records for that. I have another ticket that my insurance said that has hit my driving record that I must take care of. So what can I do?

I need to get the docket numbers and find out if going to Traffic School will in fact clear my record. I paid for the course already with my VISA 4671. The course asks for county and county court where citation is issued. My ticket says I-70 outside city limits. Therefore I am not able to update all the necessary info.
