I completed my traffic school course with you on 8/2 for Contra Costa. I upgraded and paid extra to get a copy of my Driving Record confirming that it's clean after completing the course. The Danville court should of already received my certificate so do you know when I will receive that record?

I completed traffic school for a ticket I received in Riverside County on Monday 8/31. This is my first ticket in a long time and I want to keep my DMV record clean. Insurance Requires Proof of Traffic School Completion

Good Morning,

I receive a ticket in Riverside and State Farm advise me to do traffic school to avoid any increase in my policy.

I chose your school from the traffic school list provided by Murrieta Court. My insurance said that your course is the one that will clear a ticket, right? So I did it and passed it in one day but I need to show proof to my insurance that i passed in time so so i would like to get a copy of my completion paper. My CA license nbr is N*******.
Can you please send me the copy or send the copy for me to my insurance?

I few months back I got a ticket in Kern County California. I paid the ticket and completed your traffic school course online for the Bakersfield court. I also purchased a DMV driving record as well to show that I don't have any points on my record, order number C********-***********. I have a regular driver's license. I was told by my insurance company that I have a point on my record but I completed traffic school from this company.

I don't have a copy of my driving record, but AAA said it was on my record as of 3/20. I'm not sure how to get this resolved. Can you please advise?

A question about my driving record. When will I get the printed record from DMV? I've ordered the Driving Record when I signed up with your course and I still haven't received it yet. When I log into my course it says approx. delivery is 2/13/20**. I'd appreciate it if you could confirm whether you sent it out or not. For information my ticket is from Santa Clara County California. Please let me know if you need further information from me.
