Traffic School Questions for Downey

Ticket cleared from my record

I received a ticket in Los Angeles County so I paid the ticket and also the extra for traffic school. The Long Beach court needs a certificate after I complete the course. I am inquiring an update on my completion of traffic school certificate sent to both court and DMV to be able to get my ticket cleared from my record.

I was told by my insurance company that I have a point on my record

I have a regular driver's license. I was told by my insurance company that I have a point on my record but I completed traffic school from this company.

I don't have a copy of my driving record, but AAA said it was on my record as of 3/20. I'm not sure how to get this resolved. Can you please advise?
