Questions About My Due Date

I enrolled for the online traffic school course. My understanding was the deadline, as mentioned in letter from court, is January 5. But I just noticed the course I purchased, that I have not started yet, is already past due on Oct 17th. Please advise how can I complete the course, which is critical for me, as I do not want the ticket to affect my record.

Thank you for your email. As long as court receive the certificate I am fine. Do I need to do anything else such as be in contact with DMV for the certificate or is that not needed?

I Finished Traffic School Before I Paid My Court Fees

Hi, I'm hoping you'll be able to help! I misunderstood the direction and therefore completed my traffic school last week, before I paid Ventura County the full sum of my ticket with the election of going to traffic school. I just spoke with Co. of Ventura and she said that I was supposed to pay them first and then I was supposed to complete traffic school.

Is there any way that you can help? The Ventura Co. clerk said that you should be able to reprocess my certificate now that it's been paid in full with Ventura.

Court Request for Traffic School Is Pending

Hello, I have completed my traffic school and am now getting a notice from the court that my request for traffic school is pending, but I have already completed the course. They are also saying I have to pay 64$. I'm just confused as to why it says traffic school is pending, but I have already completed it.

San Mateo Juvenile Court

This traffic school does not have my Court of Violation. I'm a juvenile and the court code is 41210. Your course only has options for San Mateo Central, North, and South with court code 41470. My traffic hearing officer court is:

San Mateo-Juveniles (Entire County) (41210) (Age 18 or younger)

It is not listed in court list. Is it possible to get a refund?

I am an Arizona resident but have a ticket in CA. While registering to the CA course, I am getting the error that my DL number does not have a valid CA format which is 1 Letter followed by 7 numbers. My AZ DL has 8 numbers. How do I register for the course?
