I received a ticket in Orange County, CA for unsafe lane changing. Officer said if I take a driver's course, it will be expunged from my record and my insurance will not go up. I am 75 years old. What is the cost for your course? I have to have it done by the 21st of September. I have an excellent driving record. Also, could this count as a mature driver's course so I can get my insurance rate lowered at some point? Thank you.

Cell Phone Violation

Hello,
I reside in Irvine, CA and I received a 23123.5(a) cell phone violation. This is my first cell phone offence, I saw a notice on your site that said the first ticket does not require traffic school and will not add a point to my record. However, the police officer stated that there would be a point added to my record and my insurance would go up on the first offence. Could you confirm? Thank you.

I do have speeding ticket from May of this year which I completed traffic school already, what are my options?

Hello,

I have been notified by the court that my proof of completion was not given to the Orange County court. After researching this matter I have realized that the you have sent in a proof of completion for the case ORE******. This was a typo unfortunately because the real case number is with a number ZERO not the letter O - it's actually 0RE******. I was wondering how I go about changing this ASAP.

Speeding Ticket and I Completed Traffic School before Paying the Ticket

I got a speeding ticket on the freeway for going 75mph in Orange County and I completed the traffic school before paying the ticket. I was told to contact you guys after I pay the ticket. The ticket is now paid for and I need the DMV to receive the completion certificate in order to avoid the point on my drivers license.

I contacted the Santa Ana court where I got my traffic ticket and they said they don't have my completion certificate. I completed your school but the court didn't get my certificate. Can you resend again? Thank you. FYI Orange County approved me for traffic school and I signed up with your school.
