Confused about how to get back into my traffic school course

Question (submitted on 8/15/2020)

I am confused about how to get back into my traffic school course. I got a red light ticket in Los Angeles County. I already paid the ticket with Beverly Hills court house who approved me for traffic school.

I'm already signed up with your school but I don't know what to do from here?

How the heck do I get back to the course I signed up for yesterday.

Don't want to pay again and this is frustrating working with the courts they don't always answer.

What about you guys?!? Please be easy to work with. Please help!

Point on my driving record and my insurance is super high

Question (submitted on 3/26/2020)

Hello,

When I went to the Los Angeles County courthouse to pay the ticket I was not advised that traffic school was not necessary. Now I have a point on my driving record and my insurance is super high. If I complete the course with you will it count to clear any problems at the DMV and my insurance?

I have already paid the course but to finish with the update of my information the court traffic date is required in your registration. As a result I am confused because this was the first time in my driving life that I got such unfair ticket and I do not have any experience in dealing with these affairs. Thank You.
