What is the Penny Test for Checking Tire Tread Depth

Regarding The Penny Test - I don't understand how this works. You place a penny into a tread groove on your tires with Lincoln's head pointed down and if you can see all of Lincoln's head it's time to replace the tire? Shouldn't that say If you CANNOT see all of Lincoln's head...?

After completing the course I need for the court and dmv to be notified of my completion. When will the completion certificate be delivered to court and dmv so my insurance doesn't go up?

Process in California for having ticket dismissed by completing traffic school

Hello!

I received a speeding ticket 2 days ago (have yet to receive the actual notice in the mail) and I'm wondering the process here in California for having it dismissed by completing your traffic school. Do I wait for the ticket to arrive in the mail? Do I have to call the DMV or something to ask them if I can do the traffic school to dismiss the ticket from my record or do you take care of that? Thanks!

Contacting the court to see if you can get another extension for due date

Hello,

I am trying to find out if there is a time limit to attend traffic school after the date of the traffic violation. I received the ticket I believe in February/March 20**. I got an extension until August of the same year and the ticket was finally paid in September. Is it too late to attend traffic school according to this timeline?
