Traffic School Questions for California Highway Patrol

Los Angeles County told me that if I take traffic school points won't go on my driving record. I'm signed up with your school but I need verification for dmv. The day of birth is not opening and I can not choose the correct day to continue with the course. Please advise?

Certificate of Completion for my Traffic School Course

I got my traffic ticket in OC but live in Los Angeles. I completed your traffic school course on 2/8. Please if possible can I get a copy of my certificate of completion for my traffic school course. My email is m**********@gmail.com. Thank you I need to show proof to my insurance company.

Certificate of Completion Never Got Sent to the DMV

I called my insurance and they said that I never completed the traffic school for my ticket in Los Angeles. I received a copy of my completion certificate which proves I completed my traffic school.

My question is Did the court and DMV receive their proof as well?

My driving records shows the citation

The California DMV never received the certification of completing traffic school. My driving record shows the citation is still there. I need you to send me the certificate of completion so I can fix this problem with the DMV. Please let me know if there is a fee for a copy of the certification. Thanks.
