Santa Ana Court Says They Do Not Have my Completion Certificate

Hello,

I contacted the Santa Ana court where I got my traffic ticket and they said they don't have my completion certificate. I completed your school but the court didn't get my certificate. Can you resend again? Thank you. FYI Orange County approved me for traffic school and I signed up with your school.

I didn't know I had to pay the ticket in full first. I will contact the court and pay off the ticket. Thank you for getting back to me. You guys really are the most professional.

Hello, I completed your traffic school course for my ticket in Placer County. I liked your course it was really thorough and had the most up-to-date information. I actually learned some new things that I never knew even though I've been driving for 30 years.

I decided to order a PDF Certificate Copy for my records after I finish the course and accidentally ordered the option to have the completion certificate mailed to me too.

This was a mistake so can you please cancel that order and refund me for the cost? I would really appreciate that.

I first would like to say thank you for providing an easy and convenient way online to take traffic school in California. When I completed and passed my course Exam on 5/4 after 3:00pm I had called and spoken to a gal there that was very helpful and patient with all of my questions. Best Traffic School or Best Fast Traffic School

I completed a traffic school in 2017 for a speeding violation in Solano County CA. My insurance company is asking for some proof that I completed backed then.

Problem is that i can't find the receipt from the school I went to. I think it was called best traffic school or best fast traffic school? But I reached out and have gotten no answers.

Can you see if I am in your system or is there a way you can look me up and see who I did traffic school with? I am not sure what to do and I am very frustrated with the traffic school system. Not your fault but hoping you can help me find my school.
