I Have a Speeding Ticket that will affect my insurance and my DMV record

I'm new to driving but I recently got a speeding ticket. I am 20 years old and I want to do well from now on. I would like to know that they suggest I pay online the ticket and take a class with you, so that it does not affect my insurance and my record in the dmv. Or I can go to court and always ask for the traffic school classes? Thank you very much for your help.

Traffic School for Ticket in Ventura County

I used this traffic school a few years ago for a ticket in Los Angele County. I completed this course well over 18 months ago, so I should be eligible for another traffic school class.

However, when I try to log in to my old account, I cannot find an option to start course again for my new ticket in Ventura County.

Do I need to make a new traffic school account?

Also, I am not able to find the payment? Do I do that in the new account? Please let me know ASAP as I want to finish this course today, and I def want to take it with your guys again because last time was hassle free. Thx

Certificate when completing the traffic school

I received a ticket in Sacramento CA. I need to take traffic school so I don't get points on my driving record. I took your course but never received my certificate when completing the traffic school?

**UPDATE**
I didn't know I had to pay my ticket, I assumed if I took traffic school it would wipe that away. I will call the court to pay my ticket. Thanks.

Do I Pay my Fine Online with the Court

I have completed my traffic ticket course and passed on 10-18.

My violation ticket (stop sign) says the court date is 11/17. Two traffic school questions:

1) Can I pay my fine online now with the court?

2)And will the court consider my traffic school online course without me personally notifying the court?

Traffic School App for Phone

I just finished completing your traffic school course on my phone. I loved that I was able to do that. Overall it was a pleasant experience. I just had one small issue. I have a Motorola G stylus and I did have difficulty with the interactive part of the course. The part where it asks you to pick an option after the little animation with the yellow car. It was not clear where to select in the grey area of multiple answers below. (i.e. was I supposed to press on the actual letter of the answer I wanted to choose? Or the actual answer sentence itself? Or the blank space after the sentence?) I did try tapping in all of those areas. I tried with my finger as well as my stylus. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it chose an answer I didn't pick. Sometime it didn't tell me anything (correct or not). After some trial and error I figured out that part seemed to be just for practice and thankfully didn't count against me. The good news is I had no troubles with the touchscreen interface for the final exam because I got 100%. I just thought you might like some feedback in case someone else had similar issues so you could make the experience even better. Thanks

Can I Take Traffic School Two Times in a Row

I've already taken your traffic school course in April of 2020. The ticket was in Santa Clara County. Would it be possible for me to submit another request to attend traffic school again for a separate citation?

When do I get the notice that the ticket got dismissed from the court

When I signed up to take your course for my ticket in Orange County I chose to also get a dismissal verification. I liked that option because you tell me when the court processes my certificate.

The course has been finished for over a week so when should I receive that dismissal?
