I have a speeding ticket from Sacramento county. My insurance company told me to take traffic school so I can not get any points on my dmv record. My insurance company said to print a certificate and send it to the dmv. Can you do this? Thanks.

I took online traffic school with you last month and I put my case number instead of my citation number on my registration information. I think that is why the court has not received my certificate of completion. I was hoping to get my traffic school completion certificate re- submitted to the court with the correct information.

My drivers license number is F*******.
The current INCORRECT case number on the current certificate is 2********* and the CORRECT citation number is S********.

I attended your traffic violator school on 2/24 to remove a ticket I received in Sacramento County. I also paid extra on your website for the dismissal notice of when the ticket will be cleared from the court docket.
