How Does the COVID Pandemic Impact Traffic School Case

Good Day- I was granted approval from the San Mateo Court to do a traffic school course after I paid my traffic ticket in full. I have a clean driving record and I don't want AAA to find out and raise my rates. I signed up and completed your traffic school course and then this whole Covid-19 thing happened and now i'm not sure what's the status of my case (Case: 19-**-******). Could you help please?

Hello,

I received a traffic ticket in San Joaquin County. I thought that when you complete the traffic school test that it would be sent to the court. In the mail from the court I received a bill for $52.00 so that a point will be hidden on my record. I thought that your traffic school took care of this. Why do I have to pay $52.00 when I paid for your school and passed the course already?
