I am trying to pull up my status page which should have the completion certificate button choice to click on to print my free certificate. I need to get proof that I completed the course for Riverside. Unable to find such page when I login. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello. I finished your school on the 26th for Butte County and I gave all necessary court info. I paid for the course to meet my requirement for the Chico Court. I just want to confirm that certificate was sent to the court house?

Remove Existing Points from Driving Record

I really want to take traffic school to remove points. I already have a point on my driving record and I'm trying to mask the point by taking this online traffic school course.

I am trying to input all the ticket information but the due by date for the traffic school might have already passed.

I'm not too sure of it yet though. I do not have the documentation with me for the ticket. The ticket point I want to remove is from tickets that are old where I decided I didn't want to do traffic school at the time.
Big mistake because now I got the points on my record. Now I want to go to traffic school.

Do I have options?

Hello-

My driving record shows that I have a couple of points from some traffic tickets in Ventura County that I received a few years ago. My auto insurance is really high because of the multiple points that I have. My insurance says that I might be able to take traffic school so the DMV can remove my points. I want to clean up my driving record, so can I take this course to do that?

I'm taking your online traffic school for a ticket I received in Orange County. I just got started and its now 7:50pm pst and I'm on Section 1, Page 4 of 15 and the next page will not load. Is this normal for it to take so long to load each individual page?
