Can you help my dad with his ticket from Los Angeles County

Hello,

My name is Cinthya and I'm trying to help my dad with his ticket that he received in Los Angeles County.
Is it possible to sent his completion certificate again to the Santa Clarita court. Seems like they did not get it. I'm not sure if they didn't get it due to Covid and not having many people in the court. It's still pending and hoping if we get another certificate might just end the problem. Thanks.

Certificate when completing the traffic school

I received a ticket in Sacramento CA. I need to take traffic school so I don't get points on my driving record. I took your course but never received my certificate when completing the traffic school?

**UPDATE**
I didn't know I had to pay my ticket, I assumed if I took traffic school it would wipe that away. I will call the court to pay my ticket. Thanks.

Traffic School Case Number is with a Number ZERO Not the Letter O

Hello,

I have been notified by the court that my proof of completion was not given to the Orange County court. After researching this matter I have realized that the you have sent in a proof of completion for the case ORE******. This was a typo unfortunately because the real case number is with a number ZERO not the letter O - it's actually 0RE******. I was wondering how I go about changing this ASAP.

Orange County Court Did Not Accept Completion Certificate

Hello,

I recently completed the traffic school course but the court did not accept the completion certificate because I had not paid the fine. My bad. I went on the Orange County website and paid my fine plus an extra fee to have permission for traffic school.

The court Harbor Justice Center needs my completion certificate to be resubmitted. Can you do that please, I am sorry for the inconvenience:

Resubmit Traffic School Results to Court

I took online traffic school with you last month and I put my case number instead of my citation number on my registration information. I think that is why the court has not received my certificate of completion. I was hoping to get my traffic school completion certificate re- submitted to the court with the correct information.

My drivers license number is F*******.
The current INCORRECT case number on the current certificate is 2********* and the CORRECT citation number is S********.

Santa Ana Court Says They Do Not Have my Completion Certificate

I contacted the Santa Ana court where I got my traffic ticket and they said they don't have my completion certificate. I completed your school but the court didn't get my certificate. Can you resend again? Thank you. FYI Orange County approved me for traffic school and I signed up with your school.

Hey there I completed your online traffic school course for San Diego County and my insurance company is saying that I still have a point on my driving record. I contacted my local DMV office and they advised me to contact my court because they don't see any certificate. I went ahead and contacted the Kearny Mesa courthouse and they said that they just need another completion certificate from the traffic school. Are you able to resubmit?

Traffic School Did Not Go Through to Court

Hello- I received a traffic ticket in Los Angeles County and paid the fine with the Metropolitan court. I signed up and completed your traffic school last year but it didn't go through because I forgot to pay the traffic school administrative fee with the court.
