Florida Traffic School Process

I got a speeding ticket this morning in St. Petersburg, FL. I want to take your course to hopefully avoid points and an insurance increase. Do I pay the ticket first and then take the course or do I take the course first? Also, after completing your course can I email the certification to the court? Thanks.

Hi,

I took traffic school a couple years ago for Yolo County in order to clear a point off my record. The DMV says they never got the certificate and I still have the point on my driving record. Can you help me fix this issue?

Costing me hundreds in insurance fees

Hello,

I took your traffic school course on July 16th, 20** and received a confirmation from you that my certificate will be sent to the Fontana Valley courthouse. However, my insurance company is saying that I still have a point on my driving record. I thought that you send the certificate to the court and the court will not put points on my record. This point is costing me over $100/month in insurance fees. Please help!
