Costing me hundreds in insurance fees

Hello,
I took your traffic school course on July 16th, 20** and received a confirmation from you that my certificate will be sent to the Fontana Valley courthouse. However, my insurance company is saying that I still have a point on my driving record. I thought that you send the certificate to the court and the court will not put points on my record. This point is costing me over $100/month in insurance fees. Please help!
