I received a red light violation ticket

I received a red light violation ticket and wanted to inquire if you have a course that I am eligible to take. When I went to the court's website to figure out the fine it did allow me to pay extra to take traffic school.

Also, how long does your course take to complete and upon completion how soon is the DMV informed.

Question, I want to sign up for your course to take care of a ticket i got in Bakersfield. I've never done traffic school online before. The court gave me a due date to turn in a certificate. Can i start the course any time and pause my school when i need to? What happens if i fail? I am not so good with computer.

Easy Traffic School but Point on my DMV Record

My insurance company has raised my rates and they told me because I have a point on my driving record. I paid my ticket with South Lake Tahoe and also paid the additional fee to go to traffic school. I took your easy traffic school course and completed it and thought that everything would be done. How do I get that point off my record?

Thank you! I contacted South Lake Tahoe court and they updated my DMV driving record and I have no point now. You guys really are the best so glad I chose you!!

Hello I completed the traffic school program on your website on 3/28. I also opted in for the dismissal verification notification upgrade so I know when San Bernardino gets my traffic school certificate. I just wanted to make sure that Joshua Tree courthouse processed that I completed the traffic school. Email or text is fine to respond.
