I have a speeding ticket from Sacramento county. My insurance company told me to take traffic school so I can not get any points on my dmv record. My insurance company said to print a certificate and send it to the dmv. Can you do this? Thanks.

Resubmit Traffic School Results to Court

I took online traffic school with you last month and I put my case number instead of my citation number on my registration information. I think that is why the court has not received my certificate of completion. I was hoping to get my traffic school completion certificate re- submitted to the court with the correct information.

My drivers license number is F*******.
The current INCORRECT case number on the current certificate is 2********* and the CORRECT citation number is S********.

I really appreciate it if you could re-submit the correct info and I apologize for any inconvenience I have caused. Thank you.

Citation Number or Case Number

Hi, I accidentally put my citation number instead of my case number when signing up for the online traffic school. I paid my ticket with Sacramento and I've also paid for your school. I've completed the school and need this to be updated so Sacramento gets the correct information.

Finished My Traffic School Course Late

Yo my speeding ticket is from Kern County CA. I signed up and completed my driving school on February 14th and because of tech issues with spectrum I wasn't able to finish the test until March 25th. That was 2 days after my driving traffic school school was due. I need to have my completion certification CHANGED UP that I completed the class on February 14th in order to NOT be penalized and having a point on my record. Make sense?

Allight thanks for that. I got the court and they hooked it up. Was not a problem I guess with covid the courts are helping out with those extensions more and more. COol.

Federal Traffic Ticket

Good afternoon,

Would you be able to mail a physical copy of the completion certificate to me instead of sending electronically? I received a citation in Yosemite (Mariposa County) which is Federal Grounds and the court needs me to mail them a completion certificate.
