Completed traffic school to clear a ticket

Good Morning,

I completed traffic school through your site to clear a ticket from the Los Angeles Police Department in March.

However, according to my insurance company the certificate of completion did not register with the DMV.

I need proof that I completed the course as well as it being registered with the DMV. I registered and paid for the traffic school course on 3/24.

Can you please send me proof of completion and any instructions for making sure that the DMV receives proof?

When do I get the notice that the ticket got dismissed from the court

When I signed up to take your course for my ticket in Orange County I chose to also get a dismissal verification. I liked that option because you tell me when the court processes my certificate.

The course has been finished for over a week so when should I receive that dismissal?

Resend my certificate of completing this course to the Santa Clara county court

Hello,

I would like to see if you guys can resend my certificate of completing this course to the Santa Clara county court. My drivers license is A******* and the citation number/ticket number is 20TR******. I received a note in the mail saying that the court has not received the certificate yet since I did the course first and then paid my traffic ticket after. I guess I was supposed to pay the ticket first and then do traffic school, I did it the other way around. Thanks.

Courts Never Received Traffic School Certificate

Hello,

Our insurance company contacted us for our bill that was tripled due to the fact that they NEVER received the certificate of completion from the DMV. We have an e-mail from you that I completed your online course but the completion certificate was never received by the court. The ticket was in Imperial County and the court where we paid the ticket is Winterhaven. Please look into this the case # is WII******. Thanks.

Point on My Record After I Sold My Car

Good Morning Dear,

I sold my car recently but I didn't change the name on the registration to the new owner who ended up getting a speeding ticket. Now that speeding ticket that the new owner received has actually hit my driving record with a point.
