Traffic School Groupon

Hi there back in May I bought this through Groupon for my son. He needed to go to traffic school for a ticket.
He completed it and was told we would received a certificate in the mail and now it's been almost 6 months and nothing.
I understand with COVID things are taking longer but not 6 months. Will you please look into this for me?

Traffic School Groupon with Rush Delivery and Audio

I needed to sign up for a traffic school course to satisfy a traffic ticket I got in San Diego County. I found online that you offer a traffic school course on Groupon so I went ahead and purchased it. The Groupon said it included Rush delivery and Audio Read-long, however when I logged in apparently I do not have these options. How do I get these options added as it was part of my Groupon?
